Exercises

The exercises will make use of the statistical package R. If you are not familiar with R you should start reading An Introduction to R.

The exercises can be done alone or in groups of two.

When handing in the exercises they should be identified with your name(s), not your student number(s). The solution to the exercises can be in Norwegian or English.

The exercises count for 30% of the grade in the course. In evaluation of the exercises the following aspects will be considered: correctness, clearity of presentation, discussion of results. Hand written material is ok (as long as it can be read without problems).

The computer lab "Nullrommet" has been reserved for the course on Thursdays 14.15-15.00: Nullrommet. The teaching assistent or the lecturer will then be there to answer any questions you may have.

The solution should be send electronically to rimstad [at] math [dot] ntnu [dot] no or given to the teaching assistent.
