Exercises

On this page you will find exercise sets and solution proposals.

You need at least 8 approved exercise sets to be granted access to the exam. It is, however, strongly recommended that you complete all exercise sets.

It is your responsibility to pay attention to your own progress and contact your student assistant immediately if something seems wrong. If you are not in the exercise tracking system, please contact your student assistant informing him or her about the situation and giving your full name, study program, and username.

If you have fulfilled the exercise requirements a previous semester, you do not have to do so again. In some cases the requirement can be fulfilled by the exercises in another mathematics 4 course. However, this might not always be the case. If you want confirmation that you have a registered approval from previous semesters, you need to contact the administration for the institute for mathematical subjects (sentrallbygg 2, 7 floor). NB! The exercises from previous semesters are not registered automatically! This is also true for mathematics 4 in the autumn semesters. Hence you need to contact the administration.

It is important that you check that the exercise requirement are fulfilled on studentweb.

The obligatory exercises are delivered in Blackboard. The deadline for delivering the exercises is on monday 16:00 after the corresponding exercise session. Unless there is a valid reason (e.g. illness with medical certificate), the deadline is absolute and will not be extended.
