Assignment 2: Help will be given on Monday 5 October 12:15 - 14:00 at room F4, on Wednesday 7 October, 10:15 - 12:00 at KJL23, and on Monday 12 October 12:15 - 14:00 at F4. For the second exercise of the project read this article.

Assignment 1: On Monday 14 September 12:15 - 14:00 an introduction to Knitr will be given at room F4, and you can get help to get started with the project. Help with the project will be given on Wednesday 16, 10:15 - 12:00 at KJL23, Monday 21, 12:15 - 14:00 at F4 and Wednesday 23, 10:15 - 12:00 at KJL23. An example of how to use knitr can be downloaded here: Knitr_example, make a Sweave file in R and paste this code there, then compile to get the results. Read the comments on this file for some info about knitr commants.

Assignments can be done in groups of 1 to 2 students.
