$=Chapters 9.1-9.4, 9.9, 9.12, 10.1-10.6 (referring to 9th edition), was part of the reading list for TMA4240/45 and ST0103. I have chosen not to write this on the reading list for TMA4255 (except 10.5 which is on the reading list for TMA4255) , since that should already be known.
