For Point Processes some of the material is only covered by: Statistical Analysis and Modelling of Spatial Point Patterns (2008) by Janine Illian, Antti Penttinen, Helga Stoyan, Dietrich Stoyan:

  • Chapter 1: 1.1 (as overview), 1.2 (as overview)
  • Chapter 4: 4.2.2 (edge correction, overview), 4.3.1, 4.3.3 (estimation, not all details) and 4.3.4 (overview)

For Lattice processes some material is only covered by Gaussian Markov Random Fields. Theory and Applications by Håvard Rue and Loenhard Held.

  • Chapter 2.2 (except 2.2.5) and 2.3 (except 2.3.3)
  • Chapter 5.2.3 (an example of Laplace approximation, INLA-light)
