Kursbeskrivelse

The course is divided in 3 parts:

  1. Continuous random fields
  2. Point random fields
  3. Mosaic random fields

These 3 parts are lectured with exercises in between as follows:

Week Topic Lectures /Exercises
2-6 Continuous random fields Lectures
7-8 Continuous random fields Exercise 1
9-10 Point random fields Lectures
11-12 Point random fields Exercise 2
13-14 Mosaic random fields Lectures
14-15 Mosaic random fields Exercise 3

Exam

The exam is on 23 May.

You are allowed to bring: 1) Statistical tables and formulas, 2) A yellow sheet of paper with your own notes, stamped by the department, 3) A standard calculator.

One of the exercises counts 30 % of the grade. This must be handed in before 17 May!
