Practical information
There will be a total of 12 problem sets, and you need to pass 8 of them in order to be eligible for the exam. Please contact Helge Jørgen Samuelsen if you think you will have trouble meeting this requirement. Exceptions will be made only under special circumstances.
You may upload your solutions (either typed in tex or a scanned/photographed copy) to your account at https://ovsys.math.ntnu.no/login/.
If you want detailed feedback on your solutions, please indicate clearly which problems you want feedback on. If no problems are indicated you will not receive feedback on the problem set and the teaching assistants will simply assess your work, and give you a pass/fail grade in ovsys.
If you have completed the required amount of exercises in an earlier year, you are automatically eligible to take the exam. You can check whether this is the case by asking at the department office (7th floor of SBII). Note that the lecturer does not have access to this information. It is strongly recommended that you still do this year's exercises.
