Exam

The exam will be on May 10, 2022, see https://www.ntnu.edu/studies/courses/TMA4125/#tab=omEksamen .

The exam will be in English, but you are allowed to bring a dictionary and answers in Norwegian are of course allowed.

The exam will be a physical school exam combined with Inspera, that is – you will get the problem sheet(s) from Inspera write on specially prepared sheets that will be scanned later and stored in Inspera.

• Approved calculator (see here)
• One yellow, stamped A4 sheet with own, handwritten formulas and notes (on both sides). Such sheet can be picked up outside the department office in the 7th floor, SBII.
• The following formula sheet (pdf) (V3, 2020-05-05, fixed a trigonometric typo) with important transforms will be included in the exam.

You can find a proposed solution and the grading scheme, see TMA4125-Matematikk-4N-2022v_lf.pdf. Note that the provided solution might not be the only one, then of course other correct solutions with proper explanations also give the corresponding points.
