The first lecture will be Tuesday January 9th.

Book

The course will follow the book Algebraic Geometry - An Introduction by Daniel Perrin. This book is originally written in French. However, I will be using the English translation. A quick google search will lead you to a pdf…

Very motivated student can also look at The Rising Sea - Foundations of Algebraic Geometry by Ravi Vakil, a online book on algebraic geometry, which includes more advanced topics.
