6. May	There will be office hours June 3rd 10-12 in room 656 SBII. There will also be office hours June 4th 13-15 in room 822 SBII. These can be used to ask any final questions before the exam.
29. Apr	Regarding the final exam on June 5th: You are allowed to bring a "stamped yellow sheet" to the exam where you can write down formulas etc of your own choice. This yellow sheet can be found just outside the department office in the 7th floor of Sentralbygg 2. Please remember to go there between 08:00 and 16:00 on a week day, since otherwise you may have problems to get access to the elevator and stairs
23. Apr	It seems to be a problem with the submission of Exercise 4 in ovsys. We are working to get it fixed. The deadline is postponed until a day or so after it has been resolved. Problem fixed. New deadline is April 25 at midnight
20. Mar	Task 2c in Exercise 3 is extended with T=6
8. Mar	Typo in project 2, task 1. The numerator contains 36\pi²+6\pi+1
8. Feb	Another typo. g_1(x,y) is supposed to be log(x²+2) + log(y²+2), not log(x²+2) + log(x²+2). The exercise was also much more difficult than intended. Use G(x,y) = (0.5 log(x²+2) + 0.5 log(y²+2), 0.5 log(x² + y²)) instead.
6. Feb	Typo in the first project. The function G(x,y) is supposed to be (g_1(x,y), g_2(x,y)), not (g_1(x),g_2(y)).

Exam will be held June 5, 2024, 15–19
You are allowed to bring a stamped yellow sheet with formulas you write yourself, blank sheets can be found outside the department office in the 7th floor of Sentralbygg 2, you should go there during working hours.
The exam is a written school exam
You need to pass 3 of the obligatory exercise sets to be eligible to take the exam.
The projects count for 30 % of the final mark. The final exam counts for 70 %.
