**Deadline for registration: December 31. 2018**

With conference fee received by us by January 15. 2019. The confirmation of registration is issued by email (prior to January 17. 2019). The conference fee is EUR 100 (ETB 3000) covering conference participation with refreshment, opening session and conference dinner.

There is a large number of conference fee grants available primarily aimed at Math & Stat MSc/PhD-holders working in Ethiopia, but also available for MSc/PhD-holders in the other major topic disciplines which use Math & Stat methodology. Lastly, also young Math & Stat MSc/PhD-holders working in East Africa may apply for the conference fee grants.

There is a small number of travel grants available covering international travel, primarily aimed at young Math & Stat MSc/PhD-holders working in East-Africa, and presenters at the conference will be preferred.

  * Highest university degree: BSc/MSc/PhD
  * With the payment of EUR 100 – according to Invoice that will be sent you after registration.
